Blind Buying Policy
All fragrance sales are final if purchased without sampling in person. Due to the personal nature of scents, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for blind-buy purchases. Please check product details and fragrance notes before ordering. 

Returns

• Damaged or defective items can be refunded or exchanged if you contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges

• Not available for blind-buy purchases.

Return Process

• Email customer support with your order number and reason.

• Items must be returned to our warehouse before processing.

• Allow 7–10 business days for processing.

Shipping Costs

• Customer pays return shipping unless the product is damaged or defective.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Sale Items

• All discounted items are final sale, no returns or exchanges.
